Scope
1,850 sq ft tear-out and repour, 6" slab, #4 rebar at 18" o.c., 6" compacted base
The Problem
The original 4" drive had cracked into a dozen pieces over expansive clay with almost no base under it.
The Result
We removed the old slab, moisture-conditioned and compacted the subgrade, added base, and repoured thicker with a proper joint layout. Four days start to finish, driveable on day seven.

2,400 sq ft engineered slab, grade beams, vapor barrier, plumbing coordination
The Problem
A custom builder needed a pad cut, formed, and poured inside a two-week window without slipping framing.
The Result
We self-performed the cut and fill, passed compaction testing on the first attempt, and hit the pour date. Framing started on schedule the following Monday.
Scope
9,300 sq ft of paving, 640 lf curb and gutter, two dumpster pads, ADA walks and ramps
The Problem
An occupied strip center needed new paving without closing the storefronts during business hours.
The Result
We phased the lot in three sections, poured in the early morning, kept one drive lane open the entire time, and turned each section over as it cured.
