A San Antonio concrete crew that starts with the dirt
We are a licensed and insured concrete and site preparation contractor based in San Antonio. Most concrete failures we get called to fix were never concrete problems at all. They were prep problems. That is the reason we built this company around doing both.
Our Story
Started in 2009 with one truck and a short list of rules
Concrete Solutions LLC began pouring residential driveways and walks around San Antonio with a two-man crew. The work that kept coming back to us was repair work, and almost every failed slab told the same story: thin base, poor compaction, steel sitting on the ground, joints in the wrong place.
So we bought our own equipment and stopped handing prep to somebody else. Today our crews handle clearing, excavation, grading, and compaction, then form, set steel, and pour with the same accountability from start to finish. One company, one number to call, one warranty.

How We Operate

These are the things clients notice long after the job is paid for.
We own the dirt work
Our own operators handle clearing, cut and fill, moisture conditioning, and compaction. That is why our pours hold their schedule and our slabs hold their shape.
Photos before concrete covers it
Base, vapor barrier, and steel are photographed and sent to you before the trucks roll. You get a permanent record of what is underneath your finished surface.
Clean site, every evening
Forms stacked, spoils hauled, washout contained, drives swept. Whether it is a backyard patio or a retail lot, the site is left in a condition you would not mind a neighbor seeing.

From flatwork crew to full site contractor
- 2009
Founded as a two-man flatwork crew pouring driveways and sidewalks on the South Side.
- 2013
Bought our first skid-steer and excavator and brought site prep in-house instead of subbing it out.
- 2017
Added commercial work: parking areas, dumpster pads, ADA walks, and curb and gutter for property managers.
- 2021
Became a standing concrete partner for several San Antonio general contractors and custom home builders.

Site Walk and a Real Number
You get a written quote, not a ballpark over the phone.
We measure the actual area, look at the San Antonio soil, check how water moves across the property today, and figure out how a truck is getting in. Then you get a written quote that spells out slab thickness, mix design, and rebar size and spacing, so you can compare it line for line against anybody else's bid.

Step 02
Prep Done Right
This is where the job is actually won.
Old material comes out, grade gets cut and compacted in lifts, and we proof the base before a single form goes up on San Antonio's expansive clay. Forms are set to the finished elevations we agreed on, and rebar is tied and set on chairs at the specified depth, not thrown down and pulled up as the concrete goes by.

Step 03
Pour, Finish, Walkthrough
Nothing gets watered down and nothing gets left behind.
We place to the specified slump, finish for the surface you chose, and cut control joints on time instead of whenever we get back out there. A cure plan goes on the same day, the site gets swept and hauled clean, and we walk it with you before final payment.
