Concrete Solutions LLC self-performs earthwork and concrete for commercial projects across San Antonio. One subcontract covers grading, compaction, structural slabs, paving, curb and gutter, and ADA walks, with submittals, testing coordination, and closeout documents handled without being chased.
Bond Capacity
$2.5M single / $5M aggregate
Crews Available
2 dedicated commercial crews
Typical Mobilization
2 – 4 weeks from executed sub
Bid Turnaround
3 – 5 business days
Bid us as one package or pick the scopes you need. Nothing here is handed to a second-tier sub.
What a project manager actually needs from a concrete sub, handled by default.
You are not coordinating an earthwork sub against a concrete sub and refereeing whose grade was wrong. We hold both scopes, so a blown compaction test is our problem to fix, not a change order aimed at you.
We give you a mobilization date, a pour date, and a strip date at buyout, then update your superintendent weekly. If weather moves a pour, you hear it from us that morning, not at the 7am huddle.
Proposals come broken out by scope with quantities, section thickness, reinforcement, and unit prices for adds. That makes leveling bids fast and change orders uncontroversial.
Mix designs, batch tickets, cylinder breaks, product data, and as-built photos of base and steel are sent without you chasing them. Everything lands in your closeout binder in the format you use.
OSHA 30 supervision, daily JHAs, toolbox talks, and PPE compliance on every crew. Washout is contained, silt fence stays intact, and we sign into your site-specific orientation.
Two dedicated crews plus our own excavators, skid-steers, rollers, and laser screed. When your schedule pulls left, we can usually add a crew instead of pushing your date right.
Certificates, W-9, safety manual, EMR letter, and references are available same day on request.
Send drawings, specs, and geotech. You get a line-item proposal in 3 to 5 business days with quantities, inclusions, exclusions, and unit prices. We attend the scope review and sign a subcontract with your terms.
Submittals go in within a week of award: mix designs, reinforcement, curing compound, vapor barrier, joint layout, and a pour sequence drawing. We confirm testing lab coordination and utility locates.
Clear, cut, fill, moisture condition, and compact to the geotech report. Proof roll with your inspector, then form, set steel, and hold a pre-pour walk with your super before a truck is ordered.
Pour to the sequence, laser screed the large sections, cure and sawcut on schedule, and protect the work. Batch tickets and cylinder breaks are logged the same day.
Joint sealant, cleanup, and a joint punch walk. You receive as-built photos, test results, warranty letter, and final lien releases with the last pay application.

Repeat & referral work
Send us the details and we will walk your San Antonio site, measure it, and send a written scope with slab thickness, base depth, steel, and joint layout spelled out. Most quotes are back within 24 hours.

A GC brought us in on a Schertz strip center that could not lose parking during business hours. We phased the lot into three sections, cut and compacted each pour area the day before, placed at 5:00am, and turned each section back over as soon as it reached strength. 640 linear feet of curb and gutter, two dumpster enclosure pads, and full ADA ramp compliance, delivered inside the original 18-day window.
Superintendent references from that job and others are available on request.
Yes. Send the drawing set, specifications, geotech report, and bid date. We return a line-item proposal within 3 to 5 business days, including quantities and a list of clarifications so nothing is assumed.
Yes. We carry payment and performance bond capacity up to $2,500,000 on a single project and $5,000,000 aggregate. Bond cost is quoted as a separate line so you can add or remove it during leveling.
Regularly. Most of our retail and property management work happens outside business hours in phased sections so tenants keep access and parking the entire time.
Two to four weeks for mobilization on most commercial scopes, and shorter for repair or tenant improvement work. We hold dates once your subcontract is executed.
We coordinate directly with your third-party testing lab for compaction, slump, air, and cylinder pickup, and we do not order concrete until proof roll and pre-pour inspection are signed off.
Unit prices are set at buyout, so most changes are quantity math instead of a negotiation. Any change gets priced and submitted before the work is performed unless you direct us otherwise in writing.
A two-year workmanship warranty in writing on top of any manufacturer warranties, covering placement, finish, and joint performance. Shrinkage cracking within industry tolerance is documented at turnover.
